Role Overview:

We are looking for an Academic Coordinator – IIT JEE / NEET Pre-Foundation to manage and streamline academic operations for foundation programs across multiple branches. The role involves curriculum coordination, faculty management, examination planning, and student performance tracking for classes 6–10.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate implementation of IIT-JEE / NEET foundation curriculum across campuses
• Work with principals and academic teams for consistent academic delivery
• Monitor curriculum planning, worksheets, assessments, and academic schedules
• Analyze student performance, mock tests, and academic reports
• Coordinate faculty schedules, deployment, and academic reviews
• Manage examination planning, evaluation processes, and reporting timelines
• Support parent communication, PTMs, and academic updates
• Organize Olympiads, aptitude tests, and academic enrichment programmes
• Prepare academic performance reports and branch-wise analytics for management

Requirements:

• B.Tech from IIT preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant academic coordination experience
• Strong understanding of IIT-JEE and NEET foundation programs
• Experience in curriculum planning and academic operations for classes 6–10
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate multi-branch academic operations efficiently
• Willingness to travel between branches when required
