Role Description

• Experience in educational institutions, trusts, or non-profit organizations (NGOs) will be preferred.
• Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)Sound understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective documentation, filing, and record management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information and handle records systematically.
• Key Requirements and SkillsStrong corporate relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in business development, outreach, or recruitment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Required Education Qualification and Years of Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory; M.Com or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit function
