Account Executive

Designation: Accounts Executive

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 1–3 Years

CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month

Industry Preference: Hotel Industry Preferred

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have a strong commerce background with hands-on experience in GST compliance, accounting entries, reconciliations, and accounting software such as Tally.

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
• Pass and maintain accurate journal entries in the accounting system.
• Handle sales and purchase accounting and maintain supporting documentation.
• Prepare and file GST returns while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct credit and debit reconciliations with customers, vendors, and internal records.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Maintain accounting records, ledgers, and financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Graduation preferred from Commerce stream.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, journal entries, sales and purchase accounting.
• Experience in bank reconciliation and credit/debit reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in the Hotel/Hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
