Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Hyderabad . The Account Executive will manage client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, staying updated on industry trends, and providing feedback to improve company offerings.
Roles and Responsibilities
General Accounting: Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections.
Bookkeeping: Maintain the General Ledger and ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or Zoho).
Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliation statements (BRS) to ensure agreement between bank balances and book balances.
Taxation & Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS payments, and other statutory compliances.
Financial Reporting: Support the senior management in preparing monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations during year-end audits.
Expense Management: Verify and process employee reimbursement claims and vendor invoices against purchase orders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills
- Excellent Analytical and Strategic Thinking abilities
- Understanding of the healthcare or medical technology sector is highly preferred
Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
- 1 to 4 years of proven experience in a core accounting role
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and travel as needed
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus

High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet strict deadlines, especially during month-end closing.
