Account Executive

Company Description:

TPP Plast specialises in high-quality plastic granules for industrial and manufacturing applications. The company supplies a broad range of raw materials including HD, LD, PP, and PPCP granules for various industries.

Position: Account Executive (Full-Time | On-Site)

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on interview and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally
• Maintain daily sales records and accounting entries
• Generate invoices, bills, and Proforma Invoices (PI)
• Handle GST-related documentation and record maintenance
• Process RTGS, NEFT, and other banking transactions
• Maintain monthly accounts, balance sheets, and financial records
• Coordinate with the accounts team for smooth financial operations
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting
  

Requirements:

• Experience with Tally ERP
• Good understanding of GST, billing, and accounting processes
• Knowledge of RTGS, NEFT, and banking transactions
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Relevant accounting experience preferred
