As Associate Director – Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing strategic enterprise relationships while serving as a trusted advisor to India's leading corporates. This is a high-impact Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring commercial maturity, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently drive business outcomes.
You will partner with CFOs, Treasury Heads, Procurement Leaders, and Finance Executives to deliver innovative Supply Chain Finance and Working Capital solutions that create measurable business value.

What You'll Do
Strategic Account Ownership
- Own and manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, driving long-term customer success and business growth.
- Build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, including CFOs, Treasury Heads, Procurement Leaders, and Finance Controllers.
- Act as a strategic advisor on Working Capital optimization and Supply Chain Finance solutions.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with customer objectives and business priorities.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing enterprise relationships and identifying new opportunities within strategic accounts.
- Own the complete commercial lifecycle—from opportunity identification and solution design to commercial negotiations and successful closure.
- Independently lead complex commercial discussions and influence executive-level decision-making.
- Deliver consistent portfolio growth while achieving revenue and business targets.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Product, Risk, Operations, Credit, Legal, and Implementation teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Lead strategic business reviews and identify opportunities for continuous value creation.
- Represent the organization as a trusted partner during customer engagements and executive discussions.
What We're Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, Working Capital Solutions, or FinTech.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts with demonstrated success in revenue growth and client retention.
- Strong consultative selling and solutioning capabilities with the ability to independently manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders, including CFOs, Treasury Heads, Procurement Leaders, and Finance Leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of Working Capital Management, Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, Receivables, and Payables Financing.
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation, influencing, and decision-making skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating as a senior Individual Contributor.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
