Job Description
We are hiring a Technical Account Manager for Archiz Solutions / Voice of AI.
This is not a regular account management role. This is a forward-deployed role where the person will work closely with customers, understand their business requirements, convert them into clear workflows, coordinate with the internal technical team, and ensure successful implementation of AI automation, CRM, voicebot, chatbot, WhatsApp automation, and workflow automation solutions.
About the RoleThe candidate will act as the bridge between the customer and our internal delivery team. The person should be able to understand customer problems, document requirements, explain workflows, manage expectations, coordinate implementation, and ensure that the customer gets the expected business outcome.
This role is suitable for someone who has a mix of client communication, technical understanding, SaaS implementation, CRM knowledge, workflow thinking, and strong follow-up discipline.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned customer accounts from requirement discussion to delivery and adoption.
- Understand customer business processes and convert them into clear workflows.
- Prepare MOMs, requirement documents, workflow notes, and task lists.
- Coordinate with developers, AI team, CRM team, voicebot team, and automation team.
- Track project progress, pending tasks, timelines, bugs, and client feedback.
- Support demos, onboarding, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Work with customers on CRM, voicebot, chatbot, WhatsApp automation, AI employees, and workflow automation use cases.
- Identify gaps between customer expectations and delivered solution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers and internal teams.
- Help convert customer requirements into repeatable product workflows.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong client handling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand business workflows and document them clearly.
- Basic technical understanding of CRM, SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, automation tools, chatbot, voicebot, or WhatsApp Business API.
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams and explain customer requirements clearly.
- Good documentation skills: MOM, scope notes, workflow documents, task tracking.
- Strong ownership mindset.
- Experience in SaaS, CRM, IT services, AI automation, chatbot, voicebot, WhatsApp automation, or business automation.
- Experience with tools like CRM systems, Google Sheets, n8n, WhatsApp Business API, helpdesk tools, or workflow automation platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, basic databases, or integration logic will be an advantage.
- Prior experience handling enterprise customers, NBFCs, education, real estate, healthcare, or service industry clients will be preferred.
The ideal candidate should not be only a sales coordinator and should not be only a developer.
We need someone who can speak to customers, understand requirements, think through workflows, coordinate with developers, manage delivery, and ensure the customer gets value from the solution.
This person should be comfortable working in a fast-moving AI automation company where every customer may have a different workflow.
