Account Manager

Location: Bangalore, India | Experience: 5-12 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Account Manager with proven experience in IT contract staffing (T&M model) to manage and grow client accounts. The role focuses on handling end-to-end staffing requirements, driving closures, and ensuring high-quality delivery across ERP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand existing client accounts within IT staffing
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and procurement stakeholders
• Understand and close client requirements across SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics
• Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions
• Own revenue targets, rate negotiations, contractor onboarding, and renewals
• Maintain pipeline visibility (open roles, submissions, interviews, closures)
• Ensure compliance with client processes and CRM/ATS hygiene

Key Requirements

• 5-12 years of experience in IT staffing / staff augmentation (T&M hiring)
• Proven track record of closures and client/account management
• Exposure to ERP hiring is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
