Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee and manage customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, generating sales leads, and meeting business development targets. The role also entails creating and delivering customized solutions that align with customer requirements, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.

Qualifications
- Proven ability in client relationship management, customer engagement, and problem-solving
- Strong skills in business development, sales strategy, and account management
- Familiarity with Aerospace, Defense, or Homeland Security industries is highly advantageous
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle is a plus
