Job Title: Account Manager – US Staffing (Implementation Partners)

Location: Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana

Shift: Night Shift (US Business Hours)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – US Staffing with a proven track record of managing and growing relationships with US Staffing Implementation Partners. The ideal candidate should have an established network of hiring managers, recruiters, or SPOCs within implementation partners and demonstrate the ability to generate consistent staffing requirements and revenue.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong relationship management, business development, account growth, and delivery coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing US Staffing Implementation Partners.
  • Generate new staffing requirements from implementation partners through established SPOC relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
  • Track submissions, interviews, placements, and account performance metrics.
  • Develop strategies to increase account penetration and maximize revenue.
  • Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers, recruiters, account managers, and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate terms, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth delivery throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate reports on pipeline, account activity, revenue, and forecasting.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and account growth targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in US IT Staffing with significant experience managing Implementation Partner accounts.
  • Strong network of active SPOCs, recruiters, account managers, or hiring managers within US implementation partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate staffing requirements and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent understanding of the US staffing lifecycle, recruitment processes, and vendor management.
  • Experience coordinating with offshore recruiting teams and ensuring successful closures.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
