>>> What you’ll do* Manage and grow long-term partner relationships* Act as a trusted point of contact for clients* Oversee and analyze performance data (RPM, CTR, fill, etc.)* Spot growth opportunities, lead new deal onboarding, and push forward day-to-day execution* Own the business side so the leadership can focus on strategy* Work closely with a small, hands-on team that values integrity, clarity, and impact

What we’re looking for* 3+ years of experience in ad tech account management* Excellent communication skills in English — both written and spoken* High attention to detail, highly organized, and naturally accountable* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills* A genuine team player who thrives in an independent work environment* Someone who thinks like a business owner — not just an executor

+++ Bonus points* Experience with search feed monetization (Yahoo, Bing, etc.)* Previous success launching deals and onboarding partners* A sharp mind, a kind heart, and a can-do attitude
