Our clients are landscapers, roofers, web designers, doctors - busy small business owners who we appreciate dearly. Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial statements
• Build client relationships and communicate with monthly calls/emails
• Supervise bookkeepers in monthly production
• Prepare business and individual tax returns - 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1040
• Provide tax planning and do tax estimates
• Assist with new client onboarding - review prior return, update chart of accounts
  
  

Qualifications

• +1 year experience with Quickbooks online
• +2 years experience preparing tax returns
• Comfortable working with small business owners and building relationships
• Evidence of supervisory ability
• Accounting or Finance degree
• Enjoys numbers and is technologically savvy with computers
• Enrolled Agent or CPA helpful, but not required
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• First year compensation $80-120k, second year $110-160k
