Role Description

The Accounts and Finance Executive will oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory standards. The role involves analysis for cost control, cash flow management, and providing support for audits. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Delhi Area.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Knowledge of tax laws, regulatory compliance, and financial audit requirements
• Familiarity with financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or ACCA are an advantage
• Experience in event management or a related industry is a plus
