🔯‎ Position:- *ACCOUNTANT*

🔯‎ Location:- *Kerur*

🔯 Qualification :- *B COM, B.TECH*

🔯‎ Salary:- *UPTO 28K*

🔯‎ Experience:- *Minimum 1 year*

Key Responsibilities:-

Goods And Services Tax (GST)

- Timely preparation, verification, and filing of monthly/quarterly returns (e.g., GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
- Conducting GST reconciliations between internal books and government portals (GSTR-2B/2A) to ensure accurate Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.
- Generating E-Way bills and E-invoices as required by compliance laws.
Accounting Entries & Reconciliations
Transaction Processing:

Passing daily accounting entries for accounts payable (vendor invoices), accounts receivable (customer billing), cash/bank transactions, and general ledger journal vouchers.
Managing depreciation entries, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities.

Bank & Ledger Reconciliations:

Performing regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to match bank statements with internal books, identifying and correcting discrepancies immediately.
Reconciling vendor accounts and customer balances to resolve outstanding dues or payment mismatches.
Inter-company and internal branch reconciliation if operating in a multi-entity setup.

Finalization of Accounts:

Assisting in the preparation of the Trial Balance, Profit & Loss (P&L) Statement, and Balance Sheet at periodic intervals (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Ensuring all closing entries, inventory valuations, and provisions are accurately adjusted before book closure.
Tally ERP 9 / Prime:
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
Proficiency in *Tally ERP 9* or Prime.
Good communication in MS EXCEL and analytical skills
