Role Description The Administrative Assistant role at Texxolutions is a contract position based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks such as organizing schedules, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and supporting executives with calendar coordination and travel arrangements. The Administrative Assistant will respond to phone calls and emails, greet and direct visitors, and ensure professional communication across internal and external stakeholders. Additional duties include preparing documents and reports, assisting with basic clerical functions, and coordinating meetings to support smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and day-to-day office operations.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or similar), and basic data entry skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
  • Prior administrative or office support experience preferred; relevant certification or diploma in administration or business is an advantage.
