Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Officer based in Raipur. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing the admissions process, providing guidance to prospective students, supporting international applicants, addressing inquiries, and assisting with related administrative tasks. The role requires building strong relationships with prospective students and their families, ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-focused approach
• Proven experience or knowledge of International Admissions processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Familiarity with education systems and admission procedures
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; having experience in admissions or higher education is a plus
