AI Agent Systems Engineer (Antigravity / Multi-Agent Coding Automation)

We are building an advanced AI-powered development system using Google Antigravity (or similar agent frameworks) to automate coding workflows, especially for Odoo and Python-based applications.

This is a hands-on role to design, build, and optimize a multi-agent pipeline that can plan, generate, review, and deploy code.

Skills Required

🔹 Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python development
• Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar)
• Ability to design and implement multi-agent workflows
• Experience with REST API integration and external services
• Solid understanding of software architecture and system design
• Advanced prompt engineering and structured output generation
  
  

🔹 AI & Automation Skills

• Experience building AI-driven automation pipelines
• Knowledge of task decomposition and agent orchestration
• Familiarity with LLM integration and usage patterns
• Ability to design prompt pipelines (business → technical output)
  
  

🔹 Data & Memory Handling

• Understanding of context management in LLMs
• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, etc.)
• Handling short-term and long-term memory in AI systems
  
  

🔹 Code Quality & Validation

• Ability to implement automated testing and validation
• Experience with debugging AI-generated code
• Knowledge of error handling and retry mechanisms
  
  

🔹 Development & Workflow Tools

• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Familiarity with modular project structures
• Experience with automation scripts and workflow optimization
  
  

🔹 Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)

• Experience with Odoo development (models, views, modules)
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems
