We are hiring AI Creators & Editors.

We are a lifestyle sneaker brand building a strong AI-led creative team. We are looking for visual storytellers. As the next step, we’d like you to complete a short creative test.

For this round, we are not asking you to make a sneaker ad or product film. We want to evaluate your ability to create a highly engaging AI-generated short film with strong visual storytelling, realistic characters, edit rhythm, sound design, dialogue, reactions, tension, and payoff.

Creative Test

Create a 30–45 second AI-generated short film based on the script below Format

• Vertical 9:16

• MP4 format

• The visuals should be AI-generated

• You may use AI video, AI images, animation, VFX, typography, AI VO/dialogue, music, sound design, SFX, editing, mixing, and mastering

• Do not use real brand names, logos, or copyrighted characters

What We Are Looking For

• Realistic representation of Indian people

• Strong visual storytelling

• Premium, cinematic visual style

• Good AI generation quality

• Consistent characters and setting

• Strong edit rhythm

• Good sound, music, SFX, mix, and master

• Natural dialogue or VO choices

• Good use of reactions and pauses

• A clear payoff by the end

The tone should feel funny and sharp, but not cartoonish. Think premium satire, not slapstick.

Script: “The Gallery”

A stylish, serious-looking group of urban Indian Page 3-type art-gallery people are standing inside a high-end gallery.

They are well-dressed, artsy, polished, self-important, and deeply serious.

They are all staring silently at a completely blank wall.

The mood is intense.

One person nods like they understand something profound. Another person looks emotional. Someone quietly takes notes. A few people exchange meaningful glances. It all feels extremely important.

A new guy walks in.

He sees everyone staring at the blank wall and joins them.

He tries to understand what everyone is looking at.

A nearby person glances at him and quietly says:

“You don’t see it?”

He panics.

Now he starts pretending too.

The room becomes even more serious. More people nod. Someone looks deeply moved. The silence gets heavier. The new guy tries harder and harder to act like he understands it.

Then a cleaner walks in, looks at the crowd, and says:

“Sir, the painting is on the other wall.”

Silence.

Everyone is exposed.

Now show the reactions.

Some try to cover up their embarrassment. Someone immediately turns to the other wall and pretends they were looking there all along. The note-taking person continues writing like this was obvious.

Someone gives a fake intellectual nod. The new guy looks relieved, then also starts pretending again. The cleaner walks away, completely unimpressed.

End.
