Job Description

Location: Noida (Onsite)

We’re hiring an AI Developers to build intelligent solutions using machine learning, NLP, and computer vision that drive business growth and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
Deploy AI solutions to production environments and monitor performance.
Document processes, models, and workflows for knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

Build and train machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Develop APIs and services to integrate AI models into applications.
Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and analyze data.
Implement NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics solutions.
Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
Knowledge of data science, statistics, and algorithms.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong understanding of software engineering principles.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with deep learning, reinforcement learning, or generative AI.
Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
Contributions to open-source AI projects.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development or related fields.
Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI solutions.

Educational Qualification(s)

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
Master’s degree or PhD in AI/ML or a related discipline is a plus.
