About the Role: We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP/LLMs, data engineering, and MLOps practices. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to build scalable AI-powered applications and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems.
• Build and optimize NLP, Generative AI, and LLM-based applications.
• Fine-tune and evaluate transformer models using frameworks such as Hugging Face and OpenAI APIs.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and model-serving architectures.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for training and inference.
• Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, and versioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and latency for production environments.
• Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and performance benchmarking.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Experience with NLP techniques and transformer architectures.
• Knowledge of APIs and model integration using FastAPI/Flask.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps tools.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

• Exposure to computer vision or speech AI projects.
• Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks such as Spark.
• Experience deploying AI applications in production environments.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications are a plus.
