We are looking for passionate AI Engineers who want to move beyond generic chatbots and tackle high-stakes domain complexities by building advanced GenAI applications, complex RAG architectures, and autonomous workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI applications and multi-agent systems using advanced Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge Retrieval: Build and optimize high-accuracy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and semantic search for domain-specific intelligence.
• Agentic Automation: Develop autonomous AI Agents and multi-agent frameworks to orchestrate and automate complex business workflows.
• Prompt & Model Optimization: Engineer advanced prompt chains and implement robust evaluation metrics to ensure factual grounding, accuracy, and defense against hallucinations.
• Backend Integration: Build scalable backend APIs and secure cloud services to integrate AI capabilities smoothly into enterprise architectures.
• MLOps & Lifecycle Management: Implement MLOps best practices, including versioning, monitoring, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and performance optimization for LLM pipelines.

Technical Skills & Requirements

• Core AI & Machine Learning: Expert-level knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering and AI Agent frameworks.
• Programming Languages: Proficient in Python. Familiarity with TypeScript, JavaScript is a plus.
• Data & Search Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with any one of the Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, PGVector) and relational databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Backend Engineering: Experience building robust APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS), and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to MLOps frameworks for monitoring LLMs in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Generative AI, LLM application development, or AI/ML pipelines.
• Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI or data-intensive applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills to translate complex domain requirements into technical solutions.

• Preferred: Prior experience working with financial, legal, compliance, or highly regulated data environments.
