AI/ML Engineer

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

 As an AIML Engineer, you will develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to

solve complex business problems.

 Use Statistical methods to understand the datasets, draw elementary insights and decide on

algorithms.

 Perform data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model selection to improve model

performance.

 Own the end-to-end process of development (conducting experiments for data generation to model

development).

 Develop metrics relevant for evaluation of model performance.

 As a part of R&D group, contribute with the emerging techniques and apply based on the relevance

to the business.

 Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Education And/or Work Experience Requirements

 A Graduate / post graduate in STEM with Data Science certification with 1-3 years of relevant

experience.

 Excellent programming skills in Python, knowledge on various libraries such as TensorFlow, NumPy,

SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Keras and many more.

 Hands-on experience on various machine learning algorithms, Deep theoretical knowledge on Time

Series Analysis, Forecasting, or Computer Vision (Image Processing, Classification, Detection,

Segmentation), or Audio Processing (Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text-toSpeech (TTS),

Speech-to-Text (STT)).

 Should have demonstrated taking at least 1-2 ML model to market/production in previous

experience.

 Experience working with one or more embedded platforms from Qualcomm, Nvidia, Intel, NXP, ESP,

SMT, etc., is a plus.

 Must have good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate

with internal and external customers.
