Built by RecoilLife Private Limited, an AI research lab based in Noida, the team is focused on making AGI practical and accessible for everyday users.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The Job Title will contribute to building and improving TenseAI’s products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product, design, and research. Day-to-day responsibilities may include defining and executing product-related initiatives, analyzing user needs and feedback, and participating in planning and review sessions. The role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of quality, and supporting the mission of delivering secure, privacy-first automation and intelligence to millions of professionals. The Job Title will also be expected to communicate progress clearly, document work thoroughly, and participate actively in problem-solving and innovation.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical or domain expertise (e.g., computer science, engineering, product development, AI/ML, or related fields), demonstrated through education or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience breaking down complex workflows, understanding user needs, and proposing practical solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams and present ideas clearly in verbal and written form.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, manage priorities, and take ownership of projects from concept to execution.
• Comfort with modern productivity tools, software development or product workflows, and an interest in automation, AI, and privacy-first technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or a related discipline), or comparable practical experience.
• Experience in startups, AI products, or enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus, along with a strong interest in building tools for students, knowledge workers, and large organizations.
