Amazon DSP Hiring & Onboarding Specialists to join our growing Amazon DSP Operations Team. This is a permanent Work From Home opportunity offering long-term career growth, an attractive salary, and excellent monthly performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling and screening driver applicants.
• Scheduling interviews with Amazon DSP clients.
• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Managing Amazon Portal onboarding.
• Creating and monitoring Background Checks and Drug Tests.
• Scheduling driver training.
• Completing ADP onboarding.
• Processing I-9 and E-Verify.
• Updating ATS, Google Sheets, LinqOps, and internal systems.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records.
• Coordinating with Amazon DSP clients.
• Following company SOPs and quality standards.

Eligibility

• Minimum

6 months of hands-on Amazon DSP Hiring & Onboarding experience (Mandatory).

• Experience with Amazon Portal, ATS, ADP, I-9, and E-Verify.
• Knowledge of Background Check and Drug Test processes.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently from home.
