We're Hiring | Architect | Multiple Locations 🚨

Skyline Infraworld Pvt. Ltd. is looking for talented and passionate Architects to join our growing team and contribute to prestigious government and private infrastructure projects across North India.

📍 Locations: Meerut | Agra | Jhansi | Delhi| Varanasi | Lucknow

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concept designs, detailed working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Review drawings and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Conduct site visits for design coordination, inspections, and progress monitoring.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and tender drawings as required.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred.
• 2–8 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and execution.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of National Building Code (NBC), building bye-laws, and construction detailing.
• Experience in preparing GFC drawings, tender drawings, and construction documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Government, Infrastructure, Institutional, Commercial, Healthcare, Residential, or Urban Development projects will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
