Architect

Role & Responsibility:

• 
  
• Assist in concepts, schematic design and client presentations.
• Research of relevant case studies and local competition projects.
• Review of schematic, detailed and working drawings.
• Documentation & tracking of all design related documents.
• Extraction & tabulation of data like areas, FSI and parking calculation.
• Co-ordination with design consultants.
• Assist in internal co-ordination and presentations.
• Assist in liaisoning related work i.e. plan pass checking, documentation etc.

Additional requirement:

• Skill in drafting architectural plans.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, and site requirements.
• Experience of working on Commercial, Residential Projects, Master planning projects.
• Proficient in software like CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop.
• Exceptional communication skills necessary, both written and verbal.
