Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Designer based at our Coimbatore office. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for architectural design, preparing detailed construction drawings, collaborating on urban planning projects, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. The role requires close collaboration with project teams to execute innovative solutions that align with clients' goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Strong skills in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings and technical documentation
• Experience in Drawing and Urban Planning projects
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Proficiency in relevant design software is preferred (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Sound knowledge of local building codes and regulations
