Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Group Leader – Architecture to lead and manage large-scale commercial and hospitality architecture projects in the Delhi / NCR region. The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural design capabilities, project leadership skills, and proven experience in hospitality-focused developments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and project execution for commercial and hospitality projects.
Manage project teams, consultants, and coordination across disciplines.
Develop design concepts, schematic designs, and detailed architectural solutions.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
Review design deliverables and provide technical guidance to the team.
Drive project leadership from concept through completion.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants for successful project delivery.

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
10+ years of experience in commercial architecture.
Mandatory experience in hospitality design projects.
Strong architectural design and project leadership experience.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Candidate Exclusion Criteria

Candidates from developer / real estate development firms will not be considered.
Profiles primarily focused on real estate development rather than architectural consulting and design will not be considered.

Preferred Skills

Expertise in hospitality architecture and commercial building design.
Strong conceptual and technical design abilities.
Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
Proficiency in architectural design software and documentation standards.
Ability to handle multiple projects and client interactions effectively.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced architectural professional with a strong background in hospitality and commercial architecture, capable of leading design teams, managing complex projects, and delivering high-quality architectural solutions while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
