- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance requirements, and collection procedures.
- Proficiency in using collection management software and general computer applications such as MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in credit management or collections is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
