Role Description The Area Sales Manager role at Redwop Chemicals is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The individual in this role will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and managing relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers in the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and product presentations, and monitoring competitor activities. The Area Sales Manager will also coordinate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and supply chain matters, while ensuring timely reporting, forecasting, and compliance with company policies. The role requires regular field visits, market analysis, and proactive engagement to support revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated skills in territory management, sales planning, and channel development.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales forecasts, and generate performance reports.
  • Experience in construction materials or chemical products sales is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in basic office software.
  • Proven ability to work independently in the field, meet targets, and manage multiple accounts.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and work on-site in Indore.
