Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Bikaner. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role involves managing client portfolios, identifying opportunities for growth, resolving client concerns effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Regular interaction and engagement with clients to foster trust and loyalty will be essential aspects of this role.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience in sales, customer service, and account management
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage
  • Well-developed organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred
