Job Description
Sales & Marketing / Business Development
Forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thus enhancing clientele.
Enabling field force to achieve operational objectives viz., distribution, coverage and sales targets.
Identifying prospective clients, generating business from existing accounts and increasing sales growth.
Carrying out regular feedback analysis, competitor, position market survey and formulated action plan.
Sales Promotion/ Branding
Organizing sales promotional programs & participating in exhibitions for greater brand visibility.
Conducting competitor analysis by constantly keeping abreast of market trends.
Handling sales promotional activities for focused products while ensuring their availability, timely distribution, etc.
Key Account Management
Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving service quality norms.
Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
Channel Sales (Dealers Network)
Secondary Sales Support (Big & Small Constructions Projects)
Market Analysis, Potential clients survey.
Completed objects meet by the Organization.
Targets Achievement.
Sales generated & Clients increased, Business increased
