Position Overview:

We are seeking an Integrated Art Director based in India for a remote role, with strong campaign leadership skills and expertise in social and digital engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing visually compelling content and campaigns that engage and captivate audiences across various digital platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on digital and social media.
• Minimum of 3+ years as an art director handling successful and high stakes client engagements
• Experience working in a global advertising agency or a similar setting is a plus.
• Team management experience for an integrated design and animations team is mandatory
• Strong portfolio with campaign production experience showcasing innovative digital campaigns, video content (TikTok, Reels), animation, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Practical experience with animation and video production, with the ability to deliver engaging content.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and emerging channels.
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience presenting creative ideas to clients, with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Excellent communications skills in English and Arabic
• Candidates with a 1-month notice period maximum or with immediate availability preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for creative, social media and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
• Lead the visual design process for social media content, including campaigns, posts, videos, animations, short form videos, web graphics, and other online materials.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality creative work for both social media and digital platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing, incorporating innovative ideas into campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand and platform guidelines.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into impactful visual content that resonates on social media and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams, including designers, writers, and production staff, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring the final output meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and platform optimization.
• Conceptualize and execute 360-degree campaigns across social media, digital, and offline channels.
