Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that support and enhance the company’s digital services, including SEO, marketing automation, and web experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and training machine learning models, implementing pattern recognition and NLP algorithms, integrating neural network-based systems into production software, and collaborating with developers and marketers to translate business needs into technical solutions. The role also involves evaluating model performance, optimizing algorithms, maintaining clean and efficient code, and preparing clear documentation for cross-functional teams. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent communication and collaboration with distributed colleagues.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundations in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design.
• Candidates should possess skills in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and improving machine learning and deep learning models.
• Candidates should possess experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and language modeling.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with common AI/ML tools and languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and experience working with APIs and cloud services.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience applying AI techniques to digital marketing, SEO, or web analytics is a plus.
