Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking an AI Engineer / Copilot Solutions Engineer to design and deliver AI‑driven automation and Copilot solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role focuses on building enterprise Copilot agents, AI‑enabled workflows, and knowledge systems that improve productivity, streamline operations, and reduce manual effort. The role blends Power Platform development, AI engineering (RAG, MCP), and business process automation, working closely with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and impactful AI solutions.

Experience: 6-10 Years

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
• Automate business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps
• Develop AI‑driven knowledge solutions using RAG with SharePoint and enterprise data
• Implement MCP Servers and API integrations for AI‑to‑system interactions
• Apply prompt engineering and reusable AI workflow patterns
• Integrate Microsoft 365, CRM/ERP, and internal systems
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance across AI and automation solutions

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)

Required Skills

• Experience building Copilot agents or conversational AI solutions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Experience with RAG concepts, enterprise knowledge systems, and API integrations
• Familiarity with MCP Server architecture and AI tool orchestration
• Basic programming/scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, or C#)
• Understanding of AI security, data governance, and compliance

Preferred Skills

• Azure AI / Azure OpenAI certification
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Finance, HR, or Customer Service)
• Exposure to Azure AI Services, Cognitive Search, or vector databases
