ROLE SUMMARY

The ASPIRE Co-ordinator will lead and manage the ASPIRE programme, a holistic student development initiative focused on skills, values, personality development, and enrichment beyond academics. The role involves planning, implementing, and tracking programme outcomes to ensure every student reaches their full potential.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, implement, and manage all activities under the ASPIRE programme across grades.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counsellors, and subject heads to integrate ASPIRE goals into school life.
  • Identify students' strengths and areas of growth to customise developmental interventions.
  • Organise workshops, seminars, guest sessions, and enrichment activities aligned with programme objectives.
  • Track individual student progress through assessments, feedback, and observational data.
  • Maintain documentation, reports, and records related to programme activities and student participation.
  • Communicate programme outcomes and student progress to parents and the school leadership team.
  • Train and guide teachers on integrating ASPIRE skills and values into classroom environments.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness using defined metrics and feedback tools.
  • Ensure alignment of the ASPIRE programme with the school's vision, mission, and student well-being goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or Social Work; postgraduate preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in student development, co-curricular coordination, or school counselling.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Passion for holistic education and student well-being.
