Assistant Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data, developing insightful reports, and explaining findings to clients in a clear and concise manner. The role requires proficiency in Power BI, Google Data Studio, Python, and MySQL for data processing, visualization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Google Data Studio.
• Communicate data findings and insights to clients in a clear and understandable way, ensuring they grasp the key takeaways.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Write and optimize SQL queries in MySQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Use Python for data cleaning, automation, and analysis tasks.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across various datasets and systems.
• Provide ongoing support to clients in understanding their data and utilizing reports effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Google Data Studio for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
