Assistant Manager – Data Analytics | International Business

Ajanta Pharma Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Data Analytics to support the International Business function. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in reporting, automation, and business insights generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support business decision-making.
• Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights for various business functions.
• Lead analytics initiatives and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Create and optimize reports using SQL, Advanced Excel, VBA, and Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of business reports.
• Support management with ad-hoc analysis and strategic reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related role.
• Strong team handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience in:
• SQL
• Power BI (Basic)
• Advanced Excel
• VBA
• Ability to independently lead analytics projects and automation initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on reporting and insights generation.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
