Role Description The Assistant Manager Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gondal. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various client organizations. The position includes assisting in onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements. The role requires handling employee queries, supporting performance management processes, and contributing to training and development initiatives. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will also collaborate with management to improve HR processes, prepare HR reports, and support overall workforce planning.
Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Ability to manage HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, and support payroll and compliance-related activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive work approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software or applicant tracking systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA in HR is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in HR operations or recruitment, preferably in a staffing, consulting, or HR services environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gondal and collaborate effectively in a structured, process-driven environment.
