ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Social Media Manager in Delhi, you will be the driving force behind our clients' digital presence. You will manage end-to-end social media mandates — from strategy and content planning to execution, client communication, and performance reporting. You will work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where your ideas directly shape brand narratives.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients — managing day-to-day communication, briefings, approvals, and relationship health.
  • Own the full project delivery cycle: content calendars, creative briefs, copy, scheduling, publishing, and monthly performance decks.
  • Develop platform-specific social media strategies tailored to client business objectives across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor social trends, platform algorithm updates, and industry benchmarks to continuously optimise strategy and content performance.
  • Collaborate with the design team to brief and review visual content, ensuring on-brand, platform-optimised output.
  • Analyse campaign performance using platform analytics and third-party tools, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage paid social budgets in coordination with the performance marketing team when required.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a digital agency environment.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of social media work with measurable outcomes (growth, engagement, reach).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; regional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Deep, hands-on understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube — including technical specs, algorithm behaviour, and content formats.
  • Strong creative instincts paired with an analytical, data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.


AI TOOL PROFICIENCY — MANDATORY


  • All candidates must demonstrate active, hands-on proficiency with AI tools relevant to social media management. This is a non-negotiable requirement and will be assessed during the hiring process.
  • Content Generation: ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or equivalent tools for caption ideation, copy drafts, and brainstorming
  • AI Scheduling & Publishing: Buffer AI, Sprout Social AI, or similar smart scheduling platforms
  • Analytics & Listening: AI-powered tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, or Hootsuite Insights for audience and trend intelligence
  • Creative AI: Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or Midjourney for rapid visual concept generation
  • Workflow Automation: Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows for efficiency and output quality
