Role Overview
The Assistant Professor will play a dual role as an educator and mentor, delivering high-quality instruction while guiding students through their academic and professional journeys.
The role requires subject matter expertise across one or more management disciplines, combined with the ability to facilitate experiential learning, industry engagement, and career readiness initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, mentoring, and creating impactful learning experiences that bridge the gap between academia and industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Academic Delivery:
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions using case studies, simulations, projects, and experiential learning methodologies.
- Design and update course content, lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials aligned with program outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and masterclasses in the relevant management domain.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, presentations, projects, and examinations.
• Academic Coaching and Mentorship:
- Serve as an academic coach and mentor for assigned students.
- Provide guidance on academic progression, career pathways, internships, and entrepreneurship.
- Support students in developing professional competencies, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
- Monitor student engagement and progress, providing timely interventions where required.
• Industry Integration:
- Collaborate with the Corporate Relations and Placement teams to facilitate industry interactions, guest lectures, live projects, and internships.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and subject matter experts.
- Support students in capstone projects, industry assignments, and startup initiatives.
• Research and Institutional Development:
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement and program innovation initiatives.
- Participate in research, consulting assignments, publications, and conferences.
- Support accreditation, quality assurance, and academic compliance activities.
- Contribute to student clubs, events, competitions, and institutional initiatives.
• Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate academic records and timely submission of reports.
- Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and professional development activities.
- Assist in admissions-related activities, including student interviews and orientation programs.
Qualifications
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in the relevant management specialization from a recognized institution.
• 3–8 years of industry, teaching, training, or academic experience.
• Prior experience in higher education, executive education, or corporate training is an advantage.
Required Skills and Competencies
• Strong subject matter expertise in one or more management disciplines.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and classroom technologies.
