Job Summary

The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in executing daily store operations, driving profitable sales growth, maintaining KFC’s global gold standards of food safety, and leading a high-performing team of shift supervisors and crew members. [1, 2]

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Shift Leadership:
• Manage daily opening, mid, and closing shifts smoothly.
• Enforce strict compliance with brand cleanliness, health, and food safety standards.
• Maintain the iconic taste quality and speed of service of KFC products. [1, 2, 3, 4]
• Financial & Inventory Control:
• Track daily sales targets, manage cash flows, and process invoices.
• Supervise stock levels, place ingredient orders, and control food wastage.

• Team Management & Training:
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and training entry-level team members.
• Conduct accurate payroll data submission and manage staff grievance resolution.

• Customer Satisfaction:
• Resolve guest complaints, queries, and digital feedback promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: GRADUATION
• Experience: 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, or fast-food brand. [1, 2]
