Role Description
The Assistant Sales Manager (B2C Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle for individual customers, including lead follow-up, property consultations, site visits, and deal closures. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate property information, timely documentation, and a smooth customer experience. The Assistant Sales Manager will track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and support strategic planning to meet and exceed revenue targets. The role also includes mentoring junior sales staff, maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects, and representing the company professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in real estate, financial services, or other high-value consumer products.
- Strong customer relationship management skills, including the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
- Ability to conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clarity and confidence.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales analytics to manage leads and track performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customer profiles.
- Demonstrated capability to work on-site in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, based on customer needs and business requirements.
