Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role based in Gurugram. The assistant sales manager will oversee lead generation, manage client inquiries, and support the end-to-end sales process for residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating terms, and assisting in closing sales. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate sales documentation, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The assistant sales manager will also help train and guide junior sales staff, track market trends, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets, with a CTC of up to 5.5 LPA.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful closures.
- Client relationship management abilities, including handling inquiries, building long-term relationships, and providing after-sales support.
- Comfort with fieldwork, property site visits, and on-site client interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as needed.
- Basic understanding of real estate markets, pricing, and property documentation (prior real estate experience is an advantage).
- Ability to work with sales CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in sales may substitute.
- Goal-oriented mindset, integrity in client dealings, and readiness to work flexible hours based on business needs.
