Role: Assistant Sales Manager
Experience- 3 to 5 Years

Job Summary
Thye are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development professional for the North Region. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, handling client relationships, and promoting the company’s scaffolding, aluminium formwork, and building material solutions.
The role requires regular field visits across Delhi – NCR and nearby locations. After successful training, the candidate may also be assigned additional territories such as Lucknow, Chandigarh, and other North regions for business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new clients, contractors, builders, and upcoming construction projects
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct field visits and client meetings on a regular basis
- Promote company products and provide technical presentations to clients
- Educate clients on construction safety requirements and product benefits
- Coordinate with internal Sales Coordination and Design teams for quotations and proposals
- Handle customer concerns and provide timely solutions
- Explore untapped markets and generate new business opportunities
- Follow up on enquiries and ensure closure of sales opportunities
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Required Experience
- Experience in Scaffolding, Aluminium Formwork, or Building Materials industry preferred
- Experience in field sales and business development will be an advantage
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Technical understanding of construction-related products
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development
