Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Work directly with founders on business priorities and strategic initiatives
- Solve open-ended business problems: break them down, structure an approach, and reach a recommendation
- Run market research and competitive analysis to support business decisions
- Analyse client needs, industry trends, and internal performance data, and come back with a recommendation
- Own growth and operational initiatives end to end: scope, coordinate, execute, and report outcomes
- Build and improve internal processes and workflows
- Track key activities, prepare reports, and share actionable insights
Ideal Candidate
Who We're Looking For
- 2025 graduate
- 0–1 years of experience, with at least 3 months of internship experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, marketing, sales, or a related function
- Strong problem-solving skills: you can take an unstructured problem, break it into parts, and work towards an answer
- Strong analytical skills, with real comfort in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Someone who enjoys owning outcomes and can manage several priorities at once
- Genuine curiosity about startups, AI, technology, and how businesses grow
- You have built something outside of coursework — a startup, a community, a campus initiative, or a side project
