We are looking for an aggressive and strategic Associate/ Sr Associate to take ownership of our agency’s revenue

pipeline. In this role, you will not be executing the marketing campaigns; you will be selling them. You will identify

opportunities, pitch to C-Suite executives, and close deals that drive significant revenue for the agency.

If you have a " Hunter" mentality, a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape (SEO, Performance

Marketing, Social), and a track record of closing high-ticket B2B deals, we want to meet you.


Key Responsibilities

1. New Client Acquisition & Prospecting

 Identify and target high-potential clients (Startups, SMEs, and Enterprise brands) that align with our agency’s

expertise.

 Execute outbound lead generation strategies using cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,

and networking.

 Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent revenue flow.

2. Revenue Ownership & Strategy

 Own the P&L: Take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.

 Develop a go-to-market sales strategy to increase the agency’s market share.

 Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients to maximize Client Lifetime Value

(CLTV).

3. Pitching, Negotiation & Closing

 Lead the entire sales cycle from initial discovery call to contract negotiation and closing.

 Create compelling pitch decks and proposals tailored to specific client pain points.

 Present high-level digital strategies (SEO, PPC, Content, Social) to CMOs, Founders, and Marketing Heads

with confidence and clarity.

4. Pipeline Management & Reporting

 Maintain impeccable onboarding/ optimization hygiene, ensuring all activity, forecasts, and opportunities

are tracked.

 Provide weekly reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts to leadership.

5. Strategic Partnerships

 Build and maintain relationships with technology partners, VCs, and other agencies to create referral

channels.

 Represent the agency at industry events, webinars, and conferences to build brand authority.


Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

 Experience: Proven experience (1+ years) in B2B/B2C Sales or Business Development within a Digital

Marketing Agency or outside. (This is non-negotiable; you need someone who understands what they are

selling).


 The Network: An existing network of contacts or a "rolodex" of decision-makers is a massive plus.

 Subject Matter Expertise: You don’t need to run the ads, but you must strictly understand the terminology

and value of Branding, OCAPI/WEBCAPI, SEO, SEM, Programmatic, and Social Media Marketing to

consultatively sell them.

 Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. You can command a room of C-level

executives.

  •  Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proposal software.
