Role Description:

The Associate – Inbound/Outbound Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based at Ofis Square’s Noida center. In this role, the associate will handle inbound inquiries, engage with prospective clients, and provide detailed information about Ofis Square’s workspace solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound calls to generate leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling meetings or site visits, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The associate will collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to understand client needs, prepare proposals, and support the conversion of leads into long-term members. The role also involves delivering professional customer service, following up on leads, and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth.


Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess strong Outbound Sales and Sales skills.
  • Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and professional experience for all clients.
  • Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Relevant experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development, preferably in International BPO, workspace, real estate, or service industries.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software for tracking leads and reporting.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional sales or customer service certifications are an advantage.


Preferred Candidate:

  • Prior experience in an International BPO or International Calling Process will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling customer interactions over calls.
