Associate Manager - Brand Partnerships and Strategy

Role Brief

This is a creatively driven Brand Solutions role focused on attracting and converting brands through strong strategic thinking and influencer led campaign ideas. You will lead the creative journey—from ideation and campaign formulation to pitching and onboarding new logos—while working closely with sales to drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead ideation and formulate insight led, creative influencer led campaign strategies for brands
• Build compelling creative decks that clearly articulate ideas, storytelling and brand fit
• Pitch concepts to clients with confidence, driving conversions and onboarding new logos
• Expand existing partnerships through creative, growth-focused strategies
• Develop outreach approaches and represent the company at industry events to attract brands
• Create tailored proposals, presentations, and project estimates for clients
• Own end-to-end creative development across influencer-led and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with sales to ensure creative thinking translates into business outcomes

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Brand Solutions / Creative Strategy / Influencer Marketing
• Strong influencer-first mindset with proven experience in campaign ideation and execution
• Demonstrated success in pitching and converting brands through creative-led thinking
• Excellent storytelling and deck-building skills
• Ability to independently drive end-to-end creative processes
• Comfortable operating in a sales-driven, target-oriented environment
