  • Operational Excellence: Monitor critical TA metrics, SLAs, and KPIs (e.g., Time-to-Schedule, Candidate Drop-off Rate, Coordinator Productivity) to continuously improve team performance and scale efficiency.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for accounts, identifying opportunities to better serve client hiring needs, participating in workforce planning, and managing regional expectations.
  • Strategic TA Planning: Develop and deliver robust operational blueprints for the TA function, ensuring alignment between client demand forecasting and team capacity.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner with the global GBS community to share best practices, pilot innovative recruitment technologies, and standardize coordination workflows.
  • Performance Oversight: Actively manage the performance, KPIs, and professional development of direct reports within internal performance management frameworks.
